Anywhere in Kenya

You do not have to be in Eldoret.

Our office is on Kenyatta Street and students are welcome to walk into it. But most of the work of getting you to a university abroad — choosing the programme, building the application, preparing the visa file — happens over video call and WhatsApp, and it works just as well whether you are in Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru or Kitale.

How it works from a distance

The same process, without the journey.

Nothing about our guidance depends on you sitting across a desk from us. Here is how each stage runs when you are somewhere else in the country.

  1. First consultation, by video callFree, and the same conversation we would have in the office — your results, your budget, your career goal, and which destinations are realistic for you.
  2. Your shortlist, sent to youUniversities and programmes with entry requirements, total cost and intake dates set out in writing, so you can go through it with your family before deciding.
  3. Documents shared digitallyTranscripts, statements and references reviewed and corrected over email and WhatsApp — no couriering originals around the country.
  4. Applications submitted for youWe handle the portals and track every decision, and tell you the moment one lands.
  5. Visa file built remotelyChecklists, financial evidence and interview preparation, all handled at a distance. You travel only for biometrics or an embassy interview, which you would have to attend regardless.
Distance costs you nothing extra — the same fee wherever in Kenya you are, and the same wherever you choose to study. The first consultation is free.
Why a Kenyan consultancy

We know what your paperwork looks like.

An agency abroad is guessing at KCSE grading, at how Kenyan bank statements are issued, at which results slips a university will accept. We are not.

  • We work in KCPE, KCSE and Kenyan degree transcripts every day, and know how each destination reads them.
  • We know how proof of funds needs to be presented from a Kenyan account, which is where a great many applications fail.
  • We are a registered Kenyan company you can visit, with named directors and a physical address — not an offshore contact form.
  • We are reachable in your time zone, on the number you already have saved.

Common questions

Working with us from elsewhere.

Not for our part of it. Consultations, document review, applications and visa preparation can all be handled over video call and WhatsApp. You may need to travel for biometrics or an embassy interview, but that is required by the immigration authority wherever your consultancy happens to be based.
Yes, and we would encourage it. Parents are usually funding this and usually have the practical questions — total cost, safety, accommodation, what happens if something goes wrong. It is easier to answer those in one conversation with everyone present, and a video call makes that simpler when the family is spread across the country.
No. The fee is the same wherever you are in Kenya and wherever you choose to study, and the first consultation is free either way.
Scans over email or WhatsApp are enough for us to review and correct your file. Original certified documents are only needed at specific points — for a visa appointment, for instance — and we will tell you well in advance when that is.
Yes — Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd, founded in 2023, with an office at The Anchor, 5th Floor, Suite 501A, Kenyatta Street, Eldoret. Our directors are named on the site and you are welcome to visit.
