A free consultation, in the office in Eldoret or online. We go through your academic results,
your budget, your career goal and your timeline. By the end of it you will know which
destinations are realistic for you and roughly what each would cost — even if you decide
not to work with us.
We put together a shortlist of universities and courses, usually a mix of safe offers and
one or two ambitious ones. For each we show the entry requirements, total cost, intake
dates and what life after graduation looks like there. You choose — we advise.
We help you draft the personal statement, chase references, certify transcripts and submit
through the right portal before the deadline. We track every application and tell you the
moment a decision lands. If an offer is conditional, we map out exactly how to meet the condition.
This is where most independent applicants come unstuck. We build your visa file document by
document, make sure your financial evidence is presented the way the embassy expects,
prepare you for any interview, and get accommodation confirmed before you travel.
A pre-departure briefing covering money, banking, SIM cards, packing for the weather,
airport transfer and university registration. After you land we check in — and we remain
reachable if something goes wrong in your first weeks.
For parents
We talk to families, not just applicants.
Parents are usually funding this, and usually worrying about it. You are welcome at every consultation, and we will answer the practical questions directly.
