What we hold, and what we don't.
Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd handles personal information belonging to students and their families, which is a responsibility we take seriously. This page explains plainly what we collect, why, and what we have deliberately chosen not to collect.
Who we are
Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd, The Anchor, 5th Floor, Suite 501A, Kenyatta Street (Elijah Cheruiyot Street), P.O. Box 3580-30100, Eldoret, Kenya. For any question about your information, or to ask us to delete it, contact .
What you give us directly
When you complete the enquiry form, or contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, you give us your name, contact details and information about your studies — your qualifications, the level and destination you are considering, and your intended intake.
We use this only to advise you and to prepare applications on your behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the universities and authorities your own application requires.
The enquiry form has no database behind it. Submitting it opens WhatsApp or your email program with the details filled in, and you send the message yourself. Nothing is stored on this website.
What the website measures
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how students find and use this site — which pages are read, which destinations are searched for, and which buttons are used. This tells us what to improve. It is genuinely useful and it is why we ask.
What we deliberately do not send to Google: your name, your phone number, your email address, or anything you type into the message box. Analytics records only that an enquiry happened and the categories you selected — for example "postgraduate, United Kingdom, January intake". Your identity stays out of it entirely.
Cookies and your choice
Nothing is measured until you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement takes place. Your choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
You can change your mind at any time: .
How long we keep things
Enquiry conversations are kept for as long as we are advising you, and afterwards only as long as is useful for supporting you or as any legal obligation requires. Website measurement data is held by Google for 14 months and contains no information identifying you personally.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to and we will respond. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Students under 18
Many of the students we advise are school leavers. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian when you contact us, and we will keep them included in the conversation.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
Ask us anything about your data.
We would rather explain it than have you wonder.
