Questions students and parents ask.
No. Your first consultation is free, whether you come to the office in Eldoret or speak
with an advisor online. You will know exactly what any service costs before you commit to anything.
It depends on the country and the course. There are strong options for a wide range of
results — including foundation and pathway programmes for students whose grades don't yet
meet direct entry. Bring your transcripts and we'll tell you honestly what is realistic.
Yes. We identify the scholarships and fee reductions you are genuinely eligible for and help
you prepare a competitive application. We will never promise a scholarship we cannot see a
route to — but we will make sure you apply for everything you qualify for.
No honest consultant can guarantee a visa — that decision belongs to the embassy or high
commission. What we do is make sure your application is complete, your documents are correct
and your funds are presented properly, so you are as strong a candidate as you can be.
Ideally eight to twelve months before your intended intake. That leaves room for applications,
English tests, funding and visa processing without a rush. If your intake is sooner, talk to us
anyway — we will tell you straight away whether it is achievable.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Parents are welcome at every consultation, and we are happy
to walk families through costs, safety, accommodation and what life will actually look like abroad.
