In Eldoret

A study abroad office you can walk into.

Most study abroad advice in Kenya happens over a phone you cannot call back. Kagiptai keeps an office on Kenyatta Street in Eldoret, open six days a week, where you can sit down with an advisor, put your transcripts on the desk and get a straight answer the same morning.

Visiting us

No appointment. No charge.

You do not need to book, and the first conversation costs nothing. Come when it suits you — many students come straight from school or on a Saturday morning with a parent.

  • Walk in during opening hours; if an advisor is with another student you will not wait long.
  • Bring whatever results you already have. Nothing needs to be complete.
  • Parents are welcome, and most of the questions worth asking come from them.
  • You will leave knowing what is realistic — whether or not you work with us.

Eldoret is where the office is, but the students who use it come from across the region — and from anywhere in Kenya, online.

School leavers

KCSE candidates and recent leavers working out whether their grades support direct entry, a foundation year or a diploma route.

Diploma holders

Students holding a diploma or higher diploma who did not know a top-up degree could finish a bachelor's in a single year.

Working professionals

Graduates already in work, looking at a master's abroad without giving up more time than the degree actually needs.

Parents, on their own

Families who want the cost, the safety and the visa risk explained plainly before they raise it with their child.

Before you come

What to bring, if you have it.

None of this is required for a first visit. It simply means we can be specific rather than general on the day.

  1. Your resultsKCSE certificate or results slip, and degree transcripts if you have already graduated. A photograph on your phone is fine.
  2. Your passport, if you hold oneNot needed to start, but it tells us how much time you have before an intake closes.
  3. A rough budgetWhat your family can realistically raise for the first year. This shapes the shortlist more than anything else.
  4. Any English test resultsIELTS, PTE or TOEFL if you have sat one. If you have not, we will tell you which to book and when.
What it costs to talk to us Nothing. Our agency fee — — applies only once you decide to proceed with an application.
