Rency is an accomplished education counsellor, administrator and co-founder of Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd. She brings nearly two decades of professional experience spanning administration, migration support, social development and international education consultancy.
As Director and Senior Education Counsellor she provides strategic leadership while overseeing student recruitment, admissions counselling, visa guidance, parent engagement and student welfare. Her professional journey began with the Anglican Church of Kenya and Kapsabet Sports Club, before moving into humanitarian work with Red Cross Kenya and the International Organization for Migration — experience in community engagement and migration-related services that still shapes how she counsels families today.
In 2023 she co-founded Kagiptai Unistudy, the international education division of Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd, and has since supported students pursuing studies in the United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, Australia and other leading destinations.
