Job is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kagiptai Global Education Partners Ltd, and serves as the company's Chief Opportunities Architect. His career spans education, sales and customer service, banking operations, technology management, digital marketing and international education advisory — a breadth of experience that shaped Kagiptai as a professional, student-centred organisation.
His relationship with education began in the classroom, teaching at Laboret High School in Nandi County from 1990 to 1992. That gave him first-hand exposure to teaching, student development and the responsibility of helping young people identify their potential — a foundation that still underpins his approach to counselling.
Between 1996 and 2009 he built a progressive career at Standard Chartered Bank, rising from Data Processing Clerk to Technology Hub Manager. That banking and technology background is why Kagiptai runs on structured application processes, lead management systems and measurable student engagement rather than counselling alone.
